I know it's a small world out there, but sometimes the connections in life throw me through a loop. A fun, exciting loop that is as opposed to rollercoasters which just make me sick. :-)
Years and years ago I started following a photographer online from the city of Chicago. She was about my age and doing things in photography that amazed me. She ended up mentoring another girl in Maryland who then turned around and shared her knowledge with a girl from Texas.
We were all young, loved photography, and were working hard to start our businesses. So when I heard that the girl from Texas was coming out to California, I just had to check and see if she would be coming near me. Imagine my shock when I found out that not only did we have a mutual friend, but she would be staying with her just over the other side of my hill!
