It was in the middle of packing for Showit United + WPPI last year that I received a facebook message asking if I would be interested in helping to run the local Showit SHARE group. At first I was hesitant because there are so many other amazing people here who have so much to offer. But then I remembered this quote I had written down for such a time as this:
A leader isn't the one who knows everything.
A leader is the one who brings everyone together.
This past year of getting to know everyone in our SHARE group has been such a blessing! From dinners to a Tangerine Tango shootout to meetups just to talk, our group has banded together to lift each other up!
