Tears slid down the faces of some as the last notes of the song I'd Rather Have Jesus rang out. It was a fitting end to a night that began with Julia giving glory and honor to God for her gift. She then proceeded to wow us all with her playing. All the nights spent practicing at 11:30 at night, all the sacrifices, and all the long drives to and from lessons paid off.
From Julia's first big recital and competition, I've been the proud, big sister...with a camera. The best thing about having a sister that's a photographer is that anytime you need pictures of yourself, you can do it in house, er, in family. Or so I've heard. Liz and I took care of the styling, editing, and designing. Here is the result!

I didn't know Julia plays!! How fun! Love the pictures of the her in the picture frame. Hey, I know what practicing till 11:30 feels like! Well, not exactly 11:30... But it feels like it :D My sister and I play the piano for worship at our church. Congrats Julia!!
That's so neat! I'm sure she'll do wonderfully...she sounded amazing at Elizabeth's graduation a couple years ago. The pictures came out really nice too. I think my favorite was the collage at the end.
By the way, thank you so much for commenting on my blog...it totally made my day. My brother didn't understand what the big deal was, but...I thought it was awesome. =D
That is the best invitation! Love it! Your sister is beautiful. :)
I love that song! I am sure it was very beautiful! Her invitations were amazing. Good job!
I am visiting via a comment you left at Jasmine Star's blog. I always like to say hi to a few people that comment in front of me there. I love to be inspired by their pictures.
